Open Educational Resources Grant Program (THECB)
Competitive program that provides grants to selected individual or teams of faculty at Texas public institutions of higher education to adopt, modify, redesign, or develop courses using only OER. The program is through the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board
Open Textbooks Pilot Program (U.S. Dept. of Ed.)
Supports projects at eligible institutions of higher education that create new open textbooks and expand the use of open textbooks in courses that are part of a degree-granting program, particularly those with high enrollments. The program is through the U.S. Department of Education.
Spark Grants - Michelson 20MM Foundation
The foundation's vision is to introduce a process that can fill urgent needs for education organizations that are well-aligned with focus areas, including OER. The foundation seeks to fund highly impactful initiatives that would not be possible waiting for a traditional grant decision timeline.
