I need to create new OER. What tools, services, and people can help me?

The Rebus Community is a great place to start. It connects you with people that have been where you are now with your OER project. Also, there are free builders on LibreTexts.org, OERCommons.org. and MERLOT.org that help you make or adapt OER that's browser-ready for any device. Each of these videos is about 5 minutes or less.

WAVE Web Accessibility Evaluation Tool
Developed and made available as a free community service at Utah State University. Originally launched in 2001, WAVE has been used to evaluate the accessibility of millions of web pages. Use it to evaluate your OER page.
OERTX
Uses the same 'Open Author' tool or builder that you find in OER Commons. Also, search for OER that matches the Texas Common Course Numbering System (TCCNS).
